Welcome to Legal Client Nexus Limited. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). This Agreement outlines the terms under which Legal Client Nexus Limited ("we", "us", "our") will provide Internet Marketing Services for the purpose of generating leads for legal firms handling non-fault serious personal injury claims.

1. Scope of Services

Legal Client Nexus Limited agrees to provide digital marketing services that include but are not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) via Google

  • Social media advertising across platforms including Facebook and Twitter

  • Campaigns targeted at individuals who have suffered a non-fault serious injury and may require legal representation

Marketing services will:

  • Run for a term of one (1) month beginning on [Insert Start Date]

  • Automatically end after 30 days unless renewed by mutual agreement

At the end of each month, both parties will review the campaign's results and determine whether to continue, pause, increase, or decrease the marketing budget.

2. Service Deliverables

Legal Client Nexus Limited agrees to deliver the following:

  • A minimum of [insert number] qualified clients who meet all specified criteria and sign with the Client for legal representation

  • Lead delivery in the form of screenshots of initial conversations with qualified leads and scheduled call times

  • Marketing efforts to include the Client's name and to remain compliant with the State Bar of [Insert State]

  • Leads must be within a 30-mile radius of [Insert Location]

3. Lead Quality and Replacement Policy

Leads must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Accident occurred within the past 6 months

  • Not previously signed or in conversation with another law firm

  • Non-fault accident involving a third party

  • Injuries must include a broken bone

  • Incident reported to the relevant authorities and insurance

  • Third party must be liable and insured

Legal Client Nexus Limited agrees to:

  • Replace any non-contactable leads

  • Replace leads who are ineligible or who do not proceed with a claim

  • Refund or extend the campaign at no extra cost if the number of signed cases is not met — at the Client's discretion

  • Issue a full refund if the campaign yields no viable clients

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Pay a fee of $[Insert Amount] as the marketing budget (monthly or weekly as agreed)

  • Contact leads at the times provided and inform Legal Client Nexus Limited if scheduling conflicts arise

  • Be fully responsible for all legal conduct, proceedings, and outcomes of any case

  • Maintain a live case status update in a provided Google Spreadsheet

  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional responsibilities under the State Bar of [Insert State]

5. Legal & Compliance Terms

Both parties agree:

  • No cold calling or unsolicited contact methods will be used

  • All activities will be lawful and fully compliant with advertising and legal ethics standards

  • This agreement is a month-to-month contract, with no obligation to continue past each 30-day cycle

6. Termination and Refunds

  • Either party may choose not to renew the agreement after the monthly term

  • If the service is not fulfilled per the outlined criteria, the Client may request a full or partial refund, or extend services at no extra cost

  • Legal Client Nexus Limited retains the right to cancel the campaign only under lawful and agreed circumstances
